Simply mist your magnesium oil onto your skin, areas like the soles of your feet, back of neck, stomach
Rub the oil in just like a lotion, and let our Rest Magnesium absorb into your skin
Do not apply to irritated skin or open wounds/cuts/scrapes. Avoid face and sensitive areas.
Apply before bed to provide maximum absorption while you sleep
Store in a cool, dry location.
Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occur.
