PRODUCTS

All our products are handmade, hand-cut, hand-labelled & packed by us, therefore, size, shape and design may slightly vary from product to product. We manage our stock levels online, however, in the unlikely event your order is out of stock at the time of completing checkout we will contact you to make you aware, you will have the choice to wait for the next batch release, make another choice, or receive a shop credit to use at a later time.  We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We at Mustard Seed Soap Co. are not medical or healthcare professionals and do not claim that the use of our products may have a positive effect on pre-existing physical and/or mental health conditions. The information in our listings pertains to the properties of specific ingredients used in the product.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

• Cash (local pickup)

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

RETURNS

We love our soaps and we hope you will too. Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. We quality check, inspect and carefully hand pack all items in your order ourselves before shipping to make sure they’re up to our high standards.   If for any reason you are unhappy then please let us know by sending a reply email from your order confirmation and we will be happy to assist you.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We use United States Postal Service to deliver our packages, please allow 14 days from the date of your shipping confirmation for your package to arrive. If you believe your order has been lost then please let us know by sending a reply email from your order confirmation and we will look into what went wrong.
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If you’ve received your package damaged you will need to contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We handle damage claims on a case by case basis,  please contact us right away if you have any issues!

REVIEWS AND COMMENTS

We are a small family run business and we have put our heart and soul into producing high-quality natural soaps, we also put every effort into ensuring that our products are packaged and prepared for delivery with care. Our customers are able to leave reviews on our products, if you have an issue please come to us before leaving a poor review, allow us the opportunity to make you happy.  If we feel that a negative review is unjustified, false or purely malicious we reserve the right to remove it.

WHOLESALE

Items purchased online are for personal use and are strictly not for resale, if you wish to sell our product then please visit our wholesale website and register as a wholesaler (you are under no obligation to purchase once you register), you will then have access to our wholesale terms and information.
