One of four from our Summer Botanical Bar Collection.  An extra nourishing, moisturizing Tallow cold process soap.  (Curious about why I use Tallow as one of my main ingredients?  Feel free to read why here.)  Made with Coconut Milk, and scented with pure essential oils of Lime, Key Lime & Peppermint – all incorporated to help create one of my favorite summertime adult beverages the Mojito in a handcrafted bar soap.  This bar definitely does the trick at reminding me of it.  Naturally colored with clays and plant powders in an ombre of greens with the refreshing lime and peppermint, this bar feels refreshing and moisturizing at the same time.  You can rest easy knowing your cleansing your body with an honest to goodness soap bar using 100% natural ingredients.

Coconut milk is rich in vitamins and fatty acids that our skin loves, it provides natural antibacterial properties, contains a high concentration of vitamin C and copper which offer anti-aging benefits.  Coconut milk is also great for soothing sunburns and offers a good amount of moisturizing properties for dry and maturing skin.  Clays and Chlorella powders add properties to help with healing, detoxification & purification. Gentle cleansing and exfoliating properties, smoothing and softening skin. Components to help heal acne, scrapes, burns, and remineralizing skin tissue.  Clays help draw out toxins from the skin and pull blood to the skins surface helping to improve circulation and healing. Clays have also been know to ease symptoms of eczema. Chlorella powder helps to improve overall skin tone and restore the production of the skin’s collagen as well as help to fight against aging and permanent sun damage, and chlorella contains omega-3 fatty acids, which can help fight skin inflammation, it has no bounds and is great for all skin types.  Using clays & powders in combination with pure essential oils and my grass-fed Tallow and you’ve got yourself a gentle, simple, nourishing bar of soap.  One that will moisturize and help to heal skin like no other!
